Vegan “Cheese” Spread
for 4 servings
1 cup raw unsalted cashew, soaked in water for 3 hours (130 g)
1 TBSP nutritional yeast
1 TBSP virgin olive oil or coconut oil
1 tsp salt
Soak cashews in water for 3 hours or over night.
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
