Super easy and filling


Ingredients

  • 450 grams brussels sprouts trimmed
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • Himalayan salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Toss until combined all ingredients.
  3. On a large baking sheet, line the brussels sprouts.
  4. Roast for about 25-30 minutes shaking pan every 5 minutes for even browning. 
  5. Brussels sprouts should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
