Smart Corner

Give yourself a natural energy boost!  (Yields 12 balls)
1 ball is ½ a carb exchange

  • Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • 3 TBSP dark cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Generous pinch of sea salt
  • 6 medjool dates (pits removed)
  • 3 TBSP almond butter
  • 3 TBSP maple syrup
  • 3 TBSP chopped walnuts, toasted


  • Directions 
  1. In a food processor , grind up the walnuts.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mix.
  3. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to firm up. It should only take a minute or two.
