LOW CARB GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup non dairy milk
  • 5-6 Leaves Mint
  • Lemon Juice optional, the acid brings out the flavor
  • Coconut Flakes optional, if you’re enjoying as a smoothie bowl

 

BLACKBERRY LOW CARB SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 Cup Blackberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut, shredded + unsweetened
  • 2 Tablespoons raw almond
  • 1 tsp essence of vanilla
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 2 Cups Ice Cubes

LOW CARB STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 Cup Ice
  • Sweetener if needed
  • Mint optional

   

 

CHOCOLATE LOW CARB SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Cups almond and/or coconut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Erythritol or stevia
  • 1 Cup Ice

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup  almond milk / coconut milk
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut flaked, unsweetened
  • Optional: Handful of Spinach or Greens (the sweetness from the fruit helps to mask this!)

 

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup Raspberry
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 tsp essence of vanilla
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Cup almond milk or coconut milk (We recommend camel as well milk!)
  • 3/4 Cup Ice
